Introducing Villa Splendore, a Tuscan contemporary haven designed for a family of three remarkable women. With careful consideration for accessibility, the villa caters to the elderly resident's needs with ADA-compliant features. For the busy foster mom, lush gardens offer a retreat for gardening, while the foster teen finds inspiration in the villa's organic interiors and nods to her favorite artist, Jeff Koons. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for aging in place, blending modern amenities with functional accessibility. This lighting specification project showcases custom lighting design amidst natural influences.
